The memorial service in Canada was held on Saturday February 2, 2008 at the Burquitlam Funeral Chapel at 625 North Road in Coquitlam, British Columbia at 10:00 a.m.
The memorial service in England was held on Saturday February 9, 2008 at St Pauls Church, Northey Avenue, Cheam, Surrey SM2 7HS at 11:00 a.m.
